Each piece from Mamooco is carefully handcrafted and will take 7-14 days to make for mamooco adorn & mamooco art

and 7- 21 days for mamooco cloth & mamooco nest

For custom made pieces, make times will be advised.

We happily accept exchanges. Contact us within 3 days of delivery, return items back in the original new condition within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or cancellations are not accepted, however please contact us if there are any problems with your order.

Custom made orders or sale items cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

If you need to return an item for exchange or store credit, please email us for a return authorisation within 3 days. Please pack your item in the original packaging and return your order via registered insured mail and retain your reciept. Please include a detailed message including your name, email address and invoice number. Your new item will be shipped out to you as soon as your exchange is processed. Return shipping charges are at the cost of the purchaser.

Please note for international purchases, all local customs and taxes payable remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed and you can track your parcel via auspost.com.au/track

If your order was damaged in transit, please notify Mamooco by email within

3 days & the original packaging slip will need to be kept for insurance. If your order is lost in transit, claims can only be made after 30 days and no longer than 45days for deliveries in Australia. For deliveries outside Australia after 45days and before 90 days. Claims after this period cannot be approved. Refunds will only be given after the insurance has been approved.

All of mamooco products are crafted with the upmost of care. Please follow the care instructions provided. All garments have care instruction labels sewn inside. Where fabrics have been hand dyed, a specific care label will be attached.

Mamooco adorn has been carefully handcrafted using naturals gems, stones & pearls. You will prolong the life of your jewellery if you treat it with care. Try not to shower, sleep or swim in your jewellery. Chlorine (bleach) will tarnish & corode your gold & gold fill, pearls, emeralds, opals & coral pieces. You may clean your jewellery using a soft toothbrush & mild dishwashing soap. It is best to store your clean, dry jewellery in airtight or plastic ziplock bags.

Mamooco cloth adheres to the Australian standard size measurements and garment descriptions include fit details if a style is relaxed, oversized or fitted.
